FCCS reports migration throwing error for one report from PROD to TEST application

Summary:

We tried to migrate reports from prod to test but we got migration error for one report stating that report is already exists.

We expect all the reports are replaced in the target environment. Please help me to understand on the error ,why it is failing only for one report


Also for EPMLCM-26000 - Imported snapshot was created in incompatible version, just want to confirm both test and prod are in 22.04 version , and we got this warning when we did the above step of reports migration.
