When trying to create quote from Salesforce Opportunity, getting error on a blank screen error ('cpqsite.bigmachines.come refused to connect')

I completed all steps of managed package document except parts and user sync. After that I created opportunities in Salesforce and tried to create quote from salesforce to CPQ.

While creating quote from salesforce to Oracle CPQ, I am getting this error "cpqsite.bigmachines.com is refused to connect
