Customer ID and Name in Customer Assets/Subscription Workbench is not populating

Summary:

Customer Name and ID not populating in Subscription Workbench page

Content (required):

In Customer Assets/ Subscription Workbench, we are able to add assets, make changes to the assets. Also Im able to see the Customer First and Customer Last Names on this Subscription Workbench page. But the Account Id and Account Name is not populating. (we are using _customer_id to capture the customer id)

How to get the customer name on the subscription workbench page?

(We have used the ABO package only)
