Create Mass Additions - scheduled jobs are not auto-incrementing the argument1 parameter

Summary:

Create Mass Additions has been running nightly since Jan 4, 2021 for each of our Asset Books. Around Mar 18, 2021, our company applied the 22A Patch, and must have stopped/started services. Since then, the Create Mass Additions has not been auto-incrementing the "argument1" parameter (see attached file for screenshots) for some of the Asset Books. Why would it stop working for some, but not others? If I locate and cancel the "parent" process, and start a new schedule, will it auto-increment the date each time it runs?
