Privilege for export and import of CSV file

Summary:

There is requirement where business wants to setup subinventories and locators through user interface, as well as through csv file. For this purpose, have built one custom role to address both the needs. As part of custom role, have made use of privilege in the name of Manage Subinventory and Locator. This custom role is assigned to fresh test user for testing. When test user logins, then user can open user interface in the name of Manage Subinventories and Locators task and is success. However, test user cannot open export and import feature
