How to troubleshoot Crossjoin in Groovy (ASO) - and if NonEmptyTuple is possible to use

Below is a sample of the groovy code that is not executing. I've tried to use single, double and triple quotes (',",""") and none of them work. This is basically the same code shown in the groovy docs. I've tried with one crossjoin and multiple crossjoins. When I execute the groovy code it either doesn't run and gives no error or it runs and says to look at the Planning logs which we don't have access to. The bad part of this is that it looks like the rule runs but it doesn't hence a job is not created and
