Manage Revenue Distributions View Accounting Errors

We have a consultant working in 2 lower environments under Manage Revenue Distributions - View Accounting. In environment "A" they can see a dropdown to view errors but in environment "B" they cannot. We've compared their roles and data access across both environments, they all match. We are attempting to determine what can be different and why this user is not able to see the view errors drop down.
