Release Planning Results doesnt update Sales Order lines and doesnt change status to "RELEASED"

Summary:

I have configured Backlog Management to update the Schedule ship date of the sales orders.

I am facing a problem where Plan Backlog lines that were in "Marked for Release" status don't change to "Released" status and Sales Order lines are not updated. I am on version 22A and this process stopped working this week. 

I tested it by running the "Release Backlog Planning Results" job through ESS and also running the "Release Planning Results" job through the UI. Neither worked.
