How to post Jounal Entries in Parallel

Can the journal entries be posted in parallel instead of sequence in FCCS?

Content (required):

We are automating the JE posting in FCCS using API + Jobs to trigger the posting. Even if we create multiple jobs for posting, we have noticed that FCCS run the posting sequentially instead of running in parallel. Any way to workaround this ? This is impacting our user experience with the tool. Just imagine 2 users posting journals at the same time. the 2nd user have to wait for the 1st user JE to be posted and then has to wait for it's JE to be posted. It can be quite unacceptable.
