OLC Integration with Career Development

Hello Experts!

My organization is currently implementing some new functionality under "Career Development". We building out our Jobs and Model Profiles so that employees are able to identify "Careers of Interest" and set development goals related to those Careers of Interest. We are also looking to build out our Competency library to link to these Model Profiles. One of our visions is to tie in Oracle Learning Cloud so that completed trainings would allow employees to demonstrate that they have gained mastery in the necessary competencies for their Careers of Interest.

Who is integrating Learning Cloud with Career Development Has anyone tied Oracle Learning Cloud to Career Development in this manner, and could you provide your experience with this connection?
