Create Outbound Shipment Request Is Not Raising the Business Event
We are trying to integrate the Sales Order Shipment details from inventory (OM) to WMS Cloud. As part of integration, OIC has subscribed to event “Outbound Shipment Request” to receive the Shipment details from inventory(OM). Whenever “Create Outbound Shipment Request” task from ERP cloud UI, it should trigger the OIC integration which has subscribed to event “Outbound Shipment Request”. But in our case that is not happening.
Please let us know if any one has any suggestions.

Requirement is to create OIC which consumes Business event is raised by the - Create Outbound Shipment Request -Task which is consumed by an external WMS / 3PL application.
