Assignments within a Community

I have an OTBI analysis that is assigning a subset of people into a Community. Within this community we have a catalog of courses and then monthly assignments. Within the assignments I have the box checked to pull in any new community members that join within the assignment time and a date to stop assigning.

This isn't updating automatically! My analysis is working and bringing in the new members but the assignments are being assigned.

I can reconcile, but that seems ridiculous that I would have to manually reconcile every day.

Below is an example of the settings that I have in the assignment. I've verified that a new person pulled into the community hasn't been assigned the 3 trainings they should've been assigned.
