Performance issues in DSO application

More upper level blocks are getting created and rule is taking more time

We have created FCCS application as DSO one. Please find below Statistics for no. of members.

We have not written any custom script for rules and no custom configuration for consolidation rules. We have also checked that there is no metadata validation errors. But still when we run consolidation it is taking around 15 min for 1 period. Please find below database statistics as well for blocks.

Can anyone let us know what we can do for performance improvement? Current rule running time is not accepted.
