Would like to download metadata zipped file from Downloads feature in epm-planning

I have tried to download a zip file from the download API endpoint (https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/enterprise-performance-management-common/prest/download.html) in planning and only receive a series of 'wingdings' text rather than the endpoint downloading the physical zip file. Can you please help me understand how I can get the zip file directly?
