Labor Effort showing different value - Budget Version vs Budget Detail

The Labor Effort showing for a Budget Version differs from that shown in the Detail.

For some selected Projects, the Labor Effort value shown on the Manage Budget Version screen is a different value from that shown when viewing the detail of the version (see graphic)

The value shown in the detail aligns to the Quantity for Labour, and is also shown in the Analyze / Performance Overview page.

I am assuming that the content of this field in both the Version and Detail screens is from the same source, but am unclear as to why they are different, and how to update the value shown on the Versions page (an hence quote the correct value shown in the detail)
