Prerequisites for CONFCALC_Enable_Rate_Amount_Override

Summary:

Hi All,

We have requirement to write/copy to data to amount override through configurable calculations. In Order to achieve this, we had to create a substitution variable "CONFCALC_Enable_Rate_Amount_Override" = True as suggested in FCCS Admin document.

However when we are trying to deploy(with existing script) the "FCCS_10_After Opening Balance Carry Forward_LocalCurrency" rule without any update, it is failed below with error from jobs.
