There is a need to define the different lifecycle phase effectivity dates for an item as a part of the item details, these dates are needed to be shared in advance with the supply chain planning team who can accordingly prepare the replenishment schedule.

We are planning to use the change order with a future effective date to change the item status from Active to Inactive when we want to enter the end of life date in advance, can this obsoletion date be considered by the Oracle Cloud Planning Engine when it manages the item quantity?
