Before I upgrade to PAYG, why are my ADW costs so low?

Summary:

I'm going to switch to PAYG to take better advantage of WebLogic stacks but need to understand why my ADW costs are far less than shown in the pricing calculator.

How can I best engage sales or support to help me better understand before making the switch?

The pricing calculator for ADW 1-OCPU, 1-TB, license states monthly costs around $1,100/month ($37/day)


However, my first full day of allowing my DB to simmer shows only $3/day against my credits.
