I'd like to understand the recommended way for an external system to extract data in bulk from Oracle Fusion?

I understand the various ways we can extract data from Oracle Fusion ERP:

1) Oracle BI (Only SOAP web services are supported at present which isn't ideal for bulk data)

2) OTBI (Only SOAP web services are supported at present which isn't ideal for bulk data)

3) REST API (Not all attributes and all database tables are available)

4) BICC (File based)

Are there any alternate ways to extract data in bulk with REST? The 3rd party system we are looking to use in DENODO.
