Icon imported not reflecting in android application as PWA

Summary:

I have created a mobile application and have enabled PWA. I have uploaded the icons for application but the icon is not reflecting when the application gets installed on android phone.

Is there any specific naming convention to be followed while importing icons in zip file. Please help.

Also, let me know how to change the icon in the browser tab in case of web application
