Hi Team ,

We have an issue when trying to create project budget from Import project Budget FBDI template.

1 . Requirement of the business, is to create Budget at Top Task level even though tasks are available (i.e. at Project level 23967.7808 ).

2. the start date for the Budget version in FBDI has mentioned 8/31/20,Finish date has left blank .

3. Generated CSV and loaded the Budget template.

4. The version go created ,but the start and Finish date are reflecting same date i.e. 8/31/20 . Ideally it should be blank with no finish date.
