Summary:

The quote doesn't get approved even after replying "approve" in the email

Content (required):

I have set up Email approval which goes for L1 and then L2 (Serial) . After the approval is triggered, I get the email notification to which I reply Approve in the email. But after waiting for 10 mins, the quote doesn't get approved. The same happens for Reject as well.

1) I have added Approve/Reject as a keyword in the approve/reject sub actions.

2) Under Commerce setting -> Enable HTML Approval Email -> Checked
