Availability of OTBI reports to identify Accepted and Rmediated/Resolved Incidents
Summary: my current client would like to identify and record incidents that have been Accepted (& therefore closed) along with incidents that have been marked as needing remediation and then resolved to ensure that the remediation has been actioned. These are management style reports. If there is any way to get this onto the dashboard, that would also be useful.
