Can a supplier initiate an update to Active Qualification?

I'm aware that suppliers can View Qualifications and Manage Questionnaires via the Supplier portal. Is it possible for a supplier to initiate a change or update to an active qualification, subject to assessment/ evaluation, by the qualification owner? This would be desirable for when a supplier needs to provide updated information, for example a certification or insurance document prior to the qualification expiry date, without having to first create a new initiative/ questionnaire.
