Learning Record Real Time - Timing out

Hello!

I am looking for some insight on a custom report I created using the learning record real time subject area. The report I created is pretty simple and to the point. It is a point-in-time report to

track in-progress vs. completed learnings. I have it filtered down to specific courses our trainers are tracking by using the assigned learning item title.

We have 2 custom learning roles that eliminate some learning transactions so the trainer can't view certain actions like creating a course/offering, uploading content, etc. Also related to these custom roles are AOR's strictly limited by location or business unit (the trainer can only view employees learning progress if they are at their location/BU). I am running into an issue when the individual that has the custom role tries to run the report, the report takes forever to load and then times out (error attached). Also, anyone with a view all role doesn't have any issues running the report. Any
