VBS Deploy job failing

My Visual Builder Studio deploy job has started failing with error:

Error: Unable to obtain an access token from the user credentials in this build step. Make sure the username and password are correct for this step in the job config and that they represent a valid IDCS basic authentication login.

Content (required):

I have confirmed the username and password is valid and successfully logs into IDCS. I have tried my colleagues username also which yielded the same error.

This job was running successfully a week ago.
