Reviewer Not receiving email for new commits, comments made on rejected Merge request

Summary: Reviewer Not receiving email for new commits, comments made on rejected Merge request

Content (required): I am the reviewer for the merge request and I rejected the merge request.

Developer updated the code, committed and also commented on the merge request.. Still I didn't received any update related to commits and comments made by the developer . Developer tried to mention my name, it says the mentioned user is already in the cc'ed list.

Is this the known behavior.

FYI, I have received email for the merge request... (But not received alert for commits and comments on the rejected merge request).
