AQ Adapter support for autonomous databases

Description (Required):

Currently AQ adapter supports only username-password authentication mechanism. Because of this queues setup on Autonomous Databases can not be accessed as they need more secure m-TLS or one way TLS connections. Can AQ adapter functionality be enhanced to allow it to connect to queues on Autonomous Databases.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

AQ adapter is a very useful adapter in OIC, which can be leveraged for many publish/subscribe and error reprocessing use cases. In order to use it, we are currently mandated to use DBaaS or on-premises database. Given that Autonomous databases are very common and widely promoted, it would be highly desirable to have AQ adapter support them. This is especially more important because OIC has deprecated support for out of the box publish/subscribe patterns.
