How to recover overwritten BIP templates

Some of our seeded BIP templates have been overwritten and I am looking for a way to restore the original template. Specifically the Performance Document Worker and Manager Ratings Report within Shared -> HCM -> Career -> Performance folder.


I've cleared the object cache but am not sure what other steps to take.
