Outgoing data transfer

I'm currently using an oracle platform in free mode, but I wasn't looking at any oracle sites that have data download limits (Outgoing data transfer: 10TB per month).

And I hosted my site in a virtual machine, I would like to know if I reach these limits, will the site go down or will it start charging?

where do I find how much has consumed my instance?
