Summary of the question: How can the OOTB ABO util functions be utilized to calculate ABO action codes prior to the Model being added to a transaction? It is understood how commerce attributes can be pulled into config for models/attributes that are already added to a transaction. This particular request would be to calculate the action codes in config while an asset is being modified for the first time. The use case is to show BOM Item prices for add/update action codes and to make the price for all other action codes 0. Since the Transaction Line Items will be
