Publishing App Extensions

Summary: Hello, I am looking for the exact steps in fusion after publishing an app extension.

Content (required): I tried with 2 approaches mentioned below

1) Not creating a sandbox as per the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kqC2wLWw-cM

Post publishing, the build job creates a tile in the navigator with the name of the webapp hcmsearch but does not open the application, however when I go to the deployments tab and launch the application works as per the video.

2) Creating a sandbox and followed the same steps on the above video using a different api, this time the tile was not created, However when I try to publish it tells there is no changes.
