Fixed column for year and other columns are prompted

Hi all

I would like to know if it is possible to have one fixed column which always shows the forecast for e.g. 2022 while other columns are prompted with a dashboard prompt. For example:

The first column on the left is the Forecast Burdened Cost. This should always show the Forecast for the current year (2022). The other columns are promptable. E.g. the end user can filter these columns for a period e.g. 04-22 until 12-22. While filtering on the other prompts the Forecast must remain the same to only show data for 2022.

So I hope that there is an option to the the formula for the forecast column to only show either hardcoded 2022 or always check the current year.
