Why does my database always free keep stopping every time

in Autonomous Database 9 comments

I was have new account on OCI, after my Free Tier accounts finished IN the database stop automatically ,and when I start it it's stop within 1 Minute again, and I can't connect with Oracle support because my account is free how can to solve this problem and I saw alot of user has the same problem
