Can item be created to enable end user to choose pack size or garment size?

Summary:

Can an item be created to enable end user to select a garment size?  For example, in the case of our uniform supplier my team is forced to create an Agreement that contains over 100 lines, this is because one garment has multiple sizes. It would be much more efficient to create the garment once on the agreement and enable functionality so that the size could be selected. Our supplier does not alter price based on garment size, so Price is not impacted.
