Summary:

After updating a user's role/access they are getting this error in EPBCS: Failed to synch with user provisioning.

Content (required):

There are several articles on Oracle KB regarding this error but not apply to this scenario. This happens every time I change or update a user's access - they cannot login afterwards. We have to delete their account and re-provision them. I am hoping someone perhaps knows of a way for force synching the users to remediate that error? There is an article on forcing synching on the KB as well but it does not actually tell you how to do it....
