Custom Attrib created for Adjustment transaction not available for profile once used with RC attrib

Summary:

Custom Attribute1 as 'List'is configured and associated with Format System Adjustments. After that we have created one more Custom Attribute2 as calculation with includes Types as List and Calculation Type was Conditional based on the selection of Custom Atrribute1.

This new Custom attribute 2 is not available to associate either profile or Format. We can’t able to seen this Attribute
