OTBI filter to compare two attributes

Hello,

We're building an OTBI Analysis that compares, for each employee, the competency’s rating given by his/her line manager in a Performance Document and the minimum proficiency level requested by his/her job. Employees whose competency rating is below the minimum proficiency allowed for their job should be pulled out from the report.

We have defined the following SQL filter to meet the aforementioned condition:

"- Performance Rating"."Average Manager Item Proficiency Level" < "Workforce Profiles - Model Profile Real Time"."- Competencies"."Minimum Proficiency"

This condition is currently not working because "Average Manager Item Proficiency Level" is a numeric attribute, whereas
