Pick Slips Not printing to printer

We have scheduled Pick waves. Document set attached to the rule. Pick slip is submitted but failed to print with below error- Any response will be great!

Also I see on the submitted report, the locale prints as "en"  . But if I submit the report stand alone without any printer locale shows English(United States).
