Summary:

A Learner has been marked as completed for an Offering with 2 Activities, but when you see the 'Progress' column it is showing 1/1 instead of 2/2.

Scenario 1

A Blended Offering has been setup with two Activities. Learners have been assigned and they have been marked as Completed for each Activity separately. However, when you look at the Offering Progress it is not showing consistently 2/2 for everyone (see below screen shot there are some Learners who are showing 1/1). We've clicked into Manage Activities for one of the Learners with Progress showing 1/1, have reset all the Activities, and then Marked Completed each Activity separate, but the Progress is still showing 1/1. All the Learners were registered for the Offering at the same time, and both Activities
