Environment refresh/copies

Summary:

Noticed that environment refresh requests dates are extremely difficult to submit given dates are not readily available and usually months out. This is really a disappointment as I would expect this as an area that should be fully automated, similar to our ability to easily refresh EPM environments. When will this backlog allow us to more easily refresh environments for project needs and also support needs?
