BICC Cloud Connector technology for on premise ODI12c

Hello Experts, we need to extract Fusion data to object storage from on premise ODI 12c. However unlike ODI MP where we have Oracle BI Cloud Connector technology drivers available in topology, it's missing in on-premise version.

Is there a way to set up the same in ODI on premise?
