MOQ at Item level not erroring after release of Planned Order with Less Qty than MOQ in Planning

Minimum Order Quantity at Item level is not throwing errors upon release of Planned Order with Qty less than MOQ in Supply chain planning.

I am entering minimum order quantity (Eg: 10) at specification level for a Buy type item with planning method as MRP planning. After running "Collect planning Data" and Running "Supply and Demand Plan", we are releasing planned order with quantity as 7.

Ideally, at Manage supply lines page, the released planned order should error out or through some warning, but it is creating requisitions and purchase order. The below attached file will show the process followed. Any help will be highly appreciated.
