Do we require separate SQM license to ask questions during supplier registration (External)

Summary: We have a Supplier Portal license along with SSP and Purchasing. The customer wants to ask some questions (around 10) to the prospective supplier during the supplier registration process. Can we use the 'questioners' section to capture the all required questions?

Question is - Do we require a separate SQM license to get this functionality? OR just go to the task "Configure Supplier Registration and Profile Change Request" and just enable 'Qualification Quaternaries'

Please suggest.
