PJT_PRS_RES_ASSN_OVERLAPDA TES - Error message fdbi Import Project Resource Assignments

Summary:

I am receiving this message when using fbdi to import Project Resource Assignments to projects. I think this is telling us that you can't assign a resource to multiple projects because the resource is already assigned 100% to a current project. We need to be able to assign a resource to many projects. I am a technical resource not a functional one and am working with a functional one on this issue. Wondering if anyone knows how to fix this issue or create a work around to import and assign a resource to many projects?
