Are there basic troubleshooting tools to use to record the user's error when using OLC?

Content (required):

Some of our employees get stuck in offerings where OLC doesn't mark the completion. Clearing the cache, or switching browsers doesn't fix the issue, and we cannot recreate the error. In a perfect world, we need to escalate the issue to get the support team involved, and this may take a few days or weeks to troubleshoot. However, most of the time employees and their managers don't have the time to wait and ask us to manually mark the training complete. So we can't find out what is causing the issue. I was hoping to see if there are tools
