Adjust Merit Month in Workforce (OWP_Merit Month)

Summary:

Our Merit is loaded per employee in our ePBCS cube, we load OWP_Merit Month as Apr and we would like to modify it to Jul. I'd like to create a calc instead of reloading the data as we have had planned departures and transfers we would have to redo. OWP_Merit Month is connected to a smartlist and updating it to Jul does seem to work in the calc script, I would think it would be numeric and updating it to 7 would update it to Jul, but when I run the business rule below, OWP_Merit Month shows
