FCC DSO Rule Not Creating Blocks. The original rule non-DSO was updated for DSO by adding @CALCMODE(BOTTOMUP); (the rest is unchanged). This rule works as expected in non-DSO environment. However, in DSO environment it is failing to create some blocks.

In the attached example for department 1035 we are expecting similar calculation as we have for department 1041:

1035 Discops_Inc Calculated_Value 8,250

1035 7300010 Calculated_Value 8,250

However, it does not calculate any values for this department. The calculation works for some departments but not others in DSO.

I appreciate your thoughts and ideas.
