Impact of Packaging & Disbursing Overrides

The Product Management team wanted to provide a quick guide on how various packaging and disbursing overrides are used in the system and the impact they have to subsequent automation.

Overrides within Packaging UI

• Add Fund (Title IV) / Add NFF Period (Non-Federal Funds)
  • How: Use the “Add Fund” button or “Add NFF Period” button Packaging UI to add the Title IV or Automated Non-Federal Fund
  • Impact: The fund will be added based on the values inputted by the user and disbursements will be automatically created. The fund will need to be managed manually for the Academic Year for Title IV Funds or Period for Non-Federal Funds, as future automation will not occur.
