We are using the setup shown in screenshots below to route transfer orders via Order Management for shipping. This process creates a Sales order to track the shipment process.

Internal material transfer has a source and destination org. Let's say with respect to Source Org, will Supply plan show Transfer Order as demand or the sales order? What is the standard oracle functionality in this regard?

It should not show both. Either it should Sales Order or the transfer order as demand in the Source Org.
